We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying client needs, presenting our products and services, and offering technical solutions that best address customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in water pumping, irrigation, and solar markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water pumping, irrigation, and solar solutions.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring optimal product solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction through post-sales support.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on market trends, competitors, and technological advancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Civil, Water Resources or related fields).
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or technical role, preferably in water systems, solar or irrigation.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to present engineering solutions effectively.
  • Ability to understand and explain complex technical solutions to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to travel within the region to meet clients and explore business opportunities.
