JOB TITLE: Technical Support Specialist
DEPARTMENT: Customer Service Branch
REPORTING TO: Team Lead, TSS
STATION: Kampala
Duties & Responsibilities
- Install GPS trackers in vehicles to facilitate efficient monitoring and tracking for the duration of the loan.
- Ensure proper installation and functionality of trackers while adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
- Install SIM cards to the GPS devices.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Experience in installing, servicing, and replacement of GPS tracking devices in vehicles.
- Strong ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical knowledge
- Good team player
- High level of integrity and accountability
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent interpersonal/customer handling skills
